She has lastingly break the terms “woman director” and “action movie” are somehow incompatible.
I watched ‘Point Break’, ‘Strange Days’ and ‘The Hurt Locker’, then she completely blow me hot and cold.

Amazing ”Avatar”
posted 2 years agoI won’t lie, I have been on the skeptical side when it comes to Avatar. I thought the film was going to be not fun to watch. I am bored when people got Avatar too overated.
But, last nite, I’m dyin…..James Cameron shooted me. Bang…
James Cameron’s latest does all these things and improves on every one, It is a dazzling.

Sam Worthington plays Jake Sully, a Marine who lost his legs in battle. He has absolutely nothing to do with the Avatar project until his twin scientist brother is killed. Worthington’s character is not only a Na’vi Avatar, but also obviously one for the audience as well… the person who comes into the scene not knowing anything about what is going on (like the audience). So …Jake Sully is us, then we let Cameron told us about his genius yet crazy imagination.
Now lets talk about the far away planet Pandora which is contains gorgeous flora, its compellingly bizarre wildlife and, of course, the Na’vi, these tall, blue-skinned, feral yet noble and wise people who live in perfect symbiosis with nature – literally. But the most important thing is precious mineral called unobtainium which could be the solution to the apparently eternal energy crisis back on Earth.
Jake particularly gets attached to Neytiri (Zoe Saldana), a young female Na’vi who teaches him how to survive on Pandora. If u watch the movie ucan say Neytiri is one of the best CGI performance ever. Then Jake found himself fallen into Neytiri, I mean who doesn’t…hehe

During these touching scenes between Jake and Neytiri, we’re watching computer-animated characters„ but the technology used to capture the performances of the actors manages to convey every little emotional nuance. It just touchfull…
Yes, this is a movie in which humans are the bad guys and the aliens are the good guys. But Cameron makes sure to allow that personal salvation transcends race or species.I wont tell you about the conflict, I mean I lost my words….this movie is juts toooo perfect. It’s really hard to tell how fascinating this movie.
Okay…I have to say “Avatar” is the best picture of 2009, one of the best films of the decade and, really, one of the best movies I’ve ever seen.
James Cameron, u’re the King
